Greg Sinnott serves as Executive Director of the MMC Advantage – Marsh & McLennan Companies’ unique approach to harnessing the collective strength of our businesses to deliver the full value of the firm to clients. In this role he leads Marsh & McLennan Insights and Solutions. These global teams bring together our firm’s top talent and expertise to develop breakthrough perspectives and industry-specific offerings on the issues that matter most.
Greg was instrumental in establishing the key pillars of the MMC Advantage framework: applications and resources to facilitate communications and collaboration; colleague communities built around subject matter expertise; and the Recognition and Rewards incentive plan that awards colleagues for collaborative behavior and successful cross OpCo referrals.
Throughout his more than 30 year career in risk management and consulting, Greg has designed and delivered unique solutions to clients all over the world, with particular expertise in the energy, chemical and power sectors.
Prior to joining Marsh, Greg focused on developing the Capital Project Risk practice for Integro. In this capacity, he worked with a wide array of clients, assisting them in achieving financial ratings, insurance, and financial market representation, designing builders risk programs, and providing risk forecasting services during project execution.
Prior to Integro, Greg was an Executive Vice President and Client Advocate with Willis Risk Solutions, and Vice President and Client Development Manager/Client Advocate with Willis Energy. He started his career at Marsh Energy and has held positions in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
Greg graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Geological Sciences.
