Graduate Internships Within MMC Corporate
MMC offers challenging summer internships for first year MBA students within our Corporate Finance Group. These unique opportunities provide project-based work that requires teamwork, ingenuity, and creativity, as well as tactical responsibilities that expose the intern first-hand to the experiences of a full-time employee.
Interns learn the complexities of the department they are assigned to, spend time with senior level executives, attend luncheon presentations and seminars, take field trips to help increase their understanding of the financial services industry in New York City, and, of course, attend a few social events.
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited full-time MBA program. Applicants are interviewed for acceptance into the program, and then placed within Treasury, Internal Audit, Corporate Development or the CFO Group, based on both their background and interests. To be considered for an internship, please review our website for a current list of opportunities within the company.
Undergraduate

MMC offers challenging summer internships for undergraduate students within our Corporate Finance Group. What Are the Benefits of the Internship Program?
MMC's corporate internships are designed to provide participants practical, significant work experience in their field of study. Interns network with each other and senior management from around the firm, and receive on-the-job guidance from role models and mentors.
How Long do Internships Last?
The internship period ranges from 12 to 16 weeks, based on the group in which the intern is assigned. Co-operative employment opportunities may be available after the internship program.
How do I Apply for an Internship?
Internship opportunities are posted on www.mmc.com/careers, as well as at some school career centers. You should check both our website and your school's career center to be sure you are viewing the most updated information.
If you do not see an opportunity posted, check back in September or January.
If You Don't Conduct a Recruiting Event on my Campus, Can I Still Apply for an Internship?
Yes, we are happy to receive internship applications from all interested and qualified applicants.
Where Are the Internships Located?
Internships are located at our offices at 1166 Avenue of the Americas in New York City, a few blocks south of Rockefeller Center, and at 121 River Street in Hoboken, New Jersey, about a block from the PATH station.
Are the Internships Paid?
All of our internship opportunities are paid, and compensation is competitive.
