MMC is proud to partner with organizations that support our commitment to
diversity and inclusion. We also encourage our companies' individual
support of external organizations that align with their specific business
objectives and colleagues' interests.
Following are partnerships MMC has embraced on a firm-wide basis:
YWCA-NYC Salute to Women Leaders
Harlem YMCA-NYC Black Achievers in Industry (BAI)
Catalyst
Human Rights Campaign
National Black MBA Association Career Fair
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT)

YWCA-NYC Salute to Women Leaders
MMC has supported the YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders Salute Luncheon for more than 25 years. We have inducted more than 50 of our female colleagues into the ranks of the YW's Academy of Women Leaders, a distinguished network of over 3,000 accomplished women professionals.
MMC's VP of Diversity and Inclusion has served as co-chair of this event, and MMC is also the exclusive sponsor of Salute's by-invitation-only VIP reception. A number of MMC's Salute alumnae also volunteer their time for the YW.

Harlem YMCA-NYC Black Achievers in Industry (bai)
Since 1969, the Harlem YMCA has recognized the hard work and perseverance of African-American men and women who have attained success in business at its annual National Salute to Black Achievers in Industry Awards Dinner. Since 1989, MMC has inducted 29 honorees into this organization.
bai alumni facilitate networking and professional development for its members, while supporting the Harlem YMCA in its mission of providing mentors for the youth it serves.
Catalyst
Since 2000, MMC has been a member of Catalyst, a nonprofit research and advisory organization working globally with businesses and the professions to build inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for women and business.
In addition to our membership, we also support the Catalyst Awards Dinner, the organization's signature event. Each year close to 1,600 attendees - including CEOs from preeminent organizations around the world - gather to honor company initiatives and celebrate these extraordinary programs that result in the recruitment, development, and advancement of women in the workplace. MMC has also participated in Catalyst's benchmarking survey on diversity and inclusion programs, policies, and metrics.

Human Rights Campaign
For the second consecutive year, MMC earned a 100% rating in the Human
Rights Campaign's (HRC) Corporate Equality Index, its annual report card
that rates employers on their treatment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and
transgender employees, consumers and investors.
The HRC is America's largest organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality.

National Black MBA Association Career Fair
MMC supports the National Black MBA Association's (NBMBAA) annual career fair, and through Mercer, an MMC operating company, has participated since 2003. The relationship has since grown into a full partnership with Mercer providing the NBMBAA with strategic support through a range of its products and consulting services. The NBMBAA Career Fair serves as an important recruiting and networking opportunity for the MMC family of companies to attract diverse talent in a number of disciplines.
The National Black MBA Association leads in the creation of educational opportunities and economic growth for a broad array of diverse populations by: providing innovative programs to stimulate intellectual and economic growth; building partnerships with key stakeholders who help facilitate this growth; and increasing awareness and facilitating access to graduate management education programs and career opportunities in management fields.
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT)
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national non-profit that has made ground-breaking progress developing the next generation of African American, Hispanic and Native American leaders in major corporations, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. MMC is a participant in their Career Advancement Program (CAP) which helps high-potential, mid-career professionals develop the skills needed for the transition to senior level management.
