At Marsh & McLennan Companies, we recognize that by partnering with diverse suppliers, we can create more value for our colleagues, our clients, and the communities we serve.

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce® (NGLCC)  

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce® (NGLCC) is the business advocate and direct link between LGBT business owners, corporations, and government. Founded as the exclusive organization for certification of LGBT owned businesses, the NGLCC works to foster mutually beneficial opportunities for small businesses and corporate members. The NGLCC represents the interests of more than 1.4 million LGBT businesses and entrepreneurs and is committed to forming a broad-based coalition of LGBT owned and friendly businesses, professionals, and students of business for the purpose of promoting economic growth and the prosperity of its members.

National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc.® (NMSDC) 

Providing a direct link between corporate America and minority-owned businesses is the primary objective of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). NMSDC was chartered in 1972 to provide increased procurement and business opportunities for Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American-owned businesses of all sizes. The NMSDC Network includes 3,500 corporate members, including America's top publicly-owned, privately-owned and foreign-owned companies as well as universities, hospitals and other buying institutions.

Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) 

The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned controlled, and operated by women in the United States. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its national standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country. WBENC is also the nation's leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America's corporations.

UK

Minority Supplier Development UK (MSDUK) 

Minority Supplier Development UK (MSDUK) is a not-for-profit membership organization created to provide a direct link between its corporate members and UK ethnic minority businesses, to enable the building of mutually beneficial business relationships.

MSDUK has successfully brokered £8.5M plus worth of business between its Members and ethnic minority businesses.
