James White leads the Transaction Advisory team of Marsh’s Private Equity and M&A practice in the UK & Ireland. The practice provides expert risk management advice and transaction solutions to financial sponsors and strategic investors around the world.
James is responsible for the provision of insurance and risk-related advice and due diligence services to private equity, infrastructure and corporate investors in connection with acquisitions or divestments. He has worked on a large variety of transactions across various sectors, ranging from small bolt-ons to multinational carve-outs.
