Lee Xianwei

Senior Vice President, Transactional Risk, Private Equity and M&A Services – Asia, Marsh

Xianwei is part of Marsh’s Transactional Risk practice and is responsible for designing and developing tailor-made solutions for private equity and corporate clients across the Asia region. He assists clients in securing favourable terms and policies and also manages and maintains relationships with the insurers to ensure that clients have access to the best providers. He works closely with the rest of the PEMA team across the Asia region, supporting the local resources through his specialist technical Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) expertise.

Xianwei is based in Marsh’s Singapore office. He was previously an Associate-Director in a law practice, specializing in regional and international cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and has also acted for public companies, private companies and private equity clients in a comprehensive range of corporate matters.  Xianwei has accumulated over a decade of experience in his specialty. He has practiced in Singapore with Clifford Chance and Morgan Lewis Stamford, and practiced in China for four years with Clifford Chance.

Xianwei graduated with his Master of Law (International Business Law) from East China University of Politics and Law in 2006 and obtained his Bachelor of Law (Hons) from University College London in 2005.
