Mary Ann Sardone is a partner in Mercer’s Talent Consulting business and is the North America Workforce Rewards Practice leader. With over 20 years of experience in compensation program design and management, she consults with companies in the areas of workforce rewards, executive compensation, and talent technology. Mary Ann holds a BA in psychology and a minor in economics from Centre College.
