Steve Kozak is Mercer’s National Business Leader for the Federal Government. Based in Mercer's Washington DC office, Steve oversees federal business development and program delivery efforts for US Government agencies, delivering transformative solutions underpinned by innovation, cost savings, and high performing teams. Steve has more than 20 years of experience providing federal health, human capital, digital services, and mission critical support for large scale federal engagements across agencies such as Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Internal Revenue Service, Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Reserve and Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Prior to joining Mercer, Steve held various federal consulting roles for Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, Aon Hewitt and more. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from McDaniel College.
