Tom is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Health & Life Sciences practice, based in Boston. He works on issues of strategy, growth, and transformation for healthcare clients, with a particular focus on US health insurers.
Tom co-leads Oliver Wyman’s Digital Healthcare practice, which advises clients on how digital, including artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and technology, can transform care delivery, care management, and the customer experience.
As a member of Oliver Wyman’s Affordability and Quality Impact practice, he has over a decade of experience in helping clients undertake transformative programs spanning novel product innovation, value-based contracting and network design, and comprehensive medical cost management programs.
Prior to his work in Health & Life Sciences, Tom worked in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services practice, where his experience included capital optimization and finance and risk work for top-10 US financial institutions. Tom holds an A.B in chemistry and physics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
