- Thought leadership: He writes on a weekly basis about issues and trends related to talent mobility, globalization, the future of work, compensation , digitalization, people analytics and intercultural issues.
He is also the organizer of the several events related to talent mobility including Mercer’s main talent mobility event: the Expatriate Management Conference.
