​Developed and lead a multi year improvement program with a major NA Airline to realign organizations, processes and strategies that reduced cost by over $100M annually while driving up dispatch reliability and safety measurements

​Developed and introduced a new operating system, organization alignment, roles, responsibilities and operating processes in an aircraft hangar maintenance operation driving a 200% increase in productivity and output with the same labor and infrastructure footprint

​Developed and implemented a new organizational strategy and operating model for an airline supply chain organizational to drive operational efficiencies and improved inventory utilization, resulting in annual double digit sustainable savings

​Developed and implemented a parts management strategy including parts movement and management system that improved  parts availability, reduced overall inventory levels and cost while improving accountability within  operations and suppliers

​Reviewed, analyzed and updated an aircraft maintenance program, improving program efficiency by more than 15%

​Analyze the maintenance network and optimize the internal capacity of the airline resulting in the insourcing of $10M + annually

​Financial and operational due diligence including pro-forma business case modeling; market forecast and growth projections for core and related businesses; Post Merger integration strategy and implementation plan

​Led a project to develop and value a spare parts strategy including PMA and aftermarket parts across new and retiring fleets

​Analyzed aircraft operating leases and acquired select aircraft, resulting in excess of $10 MM in ownership savings

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Mr. Prentice spent ten plus years in the retail sector where he held various positions in field, corporate, and franchise operations.  He holds an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX; and a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College in Menlo Park, CA.
