Cal is responsible for assessing and quantifying the potential financial impact of the cyber risk investors may be exposed to through their acquisitions and / or existing portfolio assets. He has supported clients with their Cyber M&A challenges on both the buy and sell side of transactions across a wide range of sectors and deal sizes.
