Erin is a Senior Associate at Mercer Health & Benefits LLC based in Portland, Oregon. In her dual role, Erin is a Solution Architect within Mercer’s Center for Health Innovation and serves as a consultant on Large and Jumbo employer clients. Through her client work, Erin is responsible for leading teams and serves as the primary contact for clients in their day-to-day consulting and support.
Within Mercer’s Center for Health Innovation, Erin works side by side with employers to solve big problems by bringing practical and relevant ideas to life. Our goal is to drive market change via a constant and relentless focus on employer-driven innovation.
Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, Erin sit on Portland’s MercerCares committee and enjoys mentoring and onboarding new colleagues. Erin received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston, ME.
