As part of Marsh Advisory, Federico is leading the Specialty Advisory practice in continental Europe, supporting clients operating in technical and capital-intensive industries such as construction. Federico and the team work with colleagues in the region on complex risk management topics ranging from asset management, property investment programmes, cyber management, and actuarial/captive solutions, to climate change in investment planning, integrated anti-fraud solutions, governance, and project risk management.
Prior to rejoining Marsh in 2020, Federico spent several years in the aviation industry in a variety of roles. Most notably, while based in London, he led the ERM team within a group of airlines, where he focused on strategic risks and enterprise-wide cost-cutting programmes. Later, while working for the same group of airlines but based in Frankfurt, he held a senior management position in the Corporate Strategy office, managing key strategic initiatives including M&A operations, CAPEX efficiency programmes, and multimillion dollar productivity initiatives.
In his first term with Marsh Advisory, Federico worked in Italy and Australia, delivering risk management consulting work to large clients and supporting the development of innovative methodologies in new risk areas.
